Sprinkle throughout roots and work through with your fingers. Reapply as necessary. We recommend using Mermaid Mane Sea Salt Hair Spray after Dry Shampoo for double trouble, in our world it is an indispensable duo.
I really like the dry shampoo, worked great. Works better if you sprinkle it in your hand then rub in your hair otherwise you end up with a lot in your hair that doesn't blend in.
I’ve trialed A LOT of dry shampoo. This one feels good going in and looks good when it’s all rubbed it. My hair had good volume and looked clean. The texture was okay. Not the best but not terrible. However, for my fine (and long) hair it didn’t hold up. My hair needed to be fluffed to reactivate the dry shampoo. So overall, it fell flat for me (in multiple ways). Wish I loved it though!
Absolutely love this dry shampoo ❤️ It leaves
No weird residue and gives my hair a little extra lift too.
I just ordered more Mermaid Dry Shampoo. I have tried many, many and this is the one! Yes, it works beautifully and somehow my hair feels fresh and clean--not just looks clean. There is one more great advantage to Mermaid. As we age and our hair grays, sometimes it thins out a little. Or a lot in some areas. I noticed after sprinkling on Mermaid and lightly rubbing in, the area looks thicker! You don't see the dry shampoo. Do not use a lot--start with a small amount. So besides having "clean" hair, I have "thicker" hair! I am thrilled!! You will not be disappointed.
I tried a sample of this product and liked it above all the others I've tried thus far. I bought the travel size for an upcoming trip only to discover it is not travel friendly. It literally opens like an old school salt shaker and even in the closed position if you turn it over and give a slight/gentle shake you will have product come out. Thankfully I checked this before packing it in my bag and secured tape over it to help catch what "leaked" out. Hoping they'll at least repackage the travel size.
