This natural sea wool sponge was sustainably harvested from self-regenerating sponges in the Atlantic Ocean. Like pruning a tree, divers’ harvest only the outermost portion of the sponge to ensure healthy growth. Found deep in the ocean depths, sea wool sponges are biodegradable and the perfect way to naturally cleanse and exfoliate skin.
- Sea Sponges are non-toxic, hypoallergenic and have natural enzymes that inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria.
- When wet, sponges become very soft and help liquid soap produce a very sudsy lather.
- They are gentle enough to use on babies’ skin.
- Packaged in a beautifully designed compostable box
Sustainably harvested sea sponge from the Atlantic Ocean
Pump liquid soap into wet sponge. Clean body with soapy sponge and rinse. Squeeze remaining soap and moisture out of sponge as much as possible. Let air dry and reuse.
Every 1-2 weeks, soak sea sponge for 15 minutes in 1 cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon baking soda
These are soft! Whether you’re in the bathtub or in the shower these sponges will transport you into an ocean portal where you’ll be swimming with the whales, dolphins and sea turtles! Ocean Dreaming!....and mine had a teeny tiny little sea shell in her, made my eyes full with tears of love for our Mother Earth!..
A soft and squishy sponge that still smells like the sea! It's silly, but I have a great fondness for this sponge and am glad they are responsibly harvested!
I love this sponge! Not only does it look amazing, it's so soft and really makes your shower gel last. It's easy to clean. I am going to buy this for gifts with a shower gel.
I never use a sponge for washing but tried this because the Captain Blankenship liquid soap does not get very sudsy on a wash cloth. So far so good but it too has limited soapy capability.
