Wonderful and so easy to live this way. Simplicity. This is the way.
Simple, balanced, & intelligent formulas.
This beautiful book is wonderfully written and contains a wealth of knowledge about natural health and beauty. The information is comprehensive, yet easy to understand, and very pertinent to everyday life. I strongly recommend this book for anyone wanting to improve their personal health or make conscious health decisions for their families.
So inspirational! Can't wait to make my own skin care products!
Jana's book is amazing and I've made several of the recipes- from the bath soaks, to the cocoa whip body butter to the chapstick. They're so easy and I appreciate the list for sourcing the ingredients.
The thing I appreciate the most is knowing and being able to pronounce each of the ingredients that I'm using for my face and body. I love the scent recommendations, but also the permission to play around. Bergamot in the chapstick is awesome.
Once suggestion- for the future would be to put the recipes in weights. I've calculated the cups and tablespoons into weight to make it easier to manage the different "hard" ingredients like beeswax (which I have in a block), etc.
